Player Representation

1 on 1 Sports Management work with player representation both domestically and internationally. Representation involves the agent helping the player find a suitable club or league to play in and then handling the contract/additional negotiations.

Domestically, we work with helping players move to another club or league. We have a wide network of contacts within the US soccer industry and can help players find the right club for their level and future goals. We also assist in handling negotiations with clubs and leagues, including contracts and salaries.

Internationally, we work with helping players move to foreign clubs or leagues. This can involve helping players find the right club opportunities, handling contracts and negotiations, arranging relocation and accommodation as well as assiting with any language and cultural challenges. We have an ever-growing network of contacts in different countries and can help players find clubs and leagues that fit their level and future goals.

Scouting

Scouting is an important part of the process of finding and developing talented young players who have the potential to reach the professional level.

1 on 1 Sports Management uses a variety of methods to find players, including attending youth matches and tournaments, watching video footage of players, and using advanced technology such as statistics and match analysis tools.

When we identify a talented player, it’s part of the agent’s job to develop the player’s abilities and prepare them for a career in professional football. This can involve arranging training and coaching to improve the player’s technical/physical abilities and all round confidence.

1 on 1 Sports Management has an ever-growing network of contacts in the soccer industry. This network enables us to present the players we have scouted to different clubs and leagues, both nationally and internationally. By working together with clubs and leagues we help assist the player find the right club where they can develop and help fulfill their future ambitions.

Marketing & Brand Endorsements

We help our clients with promotion and branding as well as brokering sponsorship deals. We offer extensive knowledge and experience in attaining brand sponsorship and endorsements within the sports market.

Technical & Physical Development

We offer our clients individual player development through our extensive network of private trainers worldwide. With our affiliation to 1 on 1 Soccer Index we can match each player up with a specialized private trainer within their geographic area. This also extends to strength and conditioning coaches and nutrition plans.
